"Wheel replacement"
We bought the nuna triv a few years ago and have been very satisfied with it. Then the wheel got a tear in it so we contacted nuna for a replacement wheel, which they promptly sent to us free of charge! They were a pleasure to deal with!!

"Nuna travel system"
I contacted nuna customer care about one of their travel systems. There was a bar that broke on it. It got replaced. The service and communication was excellent. I was honest with them and them with me. I can’t thank Caroline and Lisa for their help. Would recommend nuna to any mum to be. Thanks again for everything.

"Really helpful customer service"
Really helpful customer service. I called asking if they sold spare mattresses for their carrycots. They didn't sell them but offered me one free of charge which they have sent out to me. Really wasn't expecting that.

"Amazing customer service"
After a lot of research, we settled on the Nuna Triv and it has been a great buy. We also recently needed a new rain cover for it and were unable to find one to buy but Joanna at Nuna's customer service sent me a new one free of charge. 10/10

"Excellent customer service and experience"
I called the customer service team and spoke to Lisa. She was extremely helpful and explained clearly what was needed to request a replacement part for my grandson’s baby rocker. I was most impressed with the speed at which my request was handled (it was the same day). Thanks so much Lisa. I am over the moon that you were able to locate the part requested!

"I am happy with the product"
I am happy with the product. We bought all travel set for our little son. 2.5 years later pushcair (which is used the most) is still in a fair condition.
Customer support is great, we lost our rain cover and get a new one without any problems.

"Stay far far away from this company"
Stay far far away from this company. Nothing like spending over 800 dollars on a car seat to have the cheap plastic clip that apparently is supposed to hold your child and the seat in place during an accident completely explode into pieces during a simple install.

The customer service is atrociously bad. I believe it is actually only one person who works for customer service and she has zero care for her job. She could care less that the seat harness exploded. No care, sympathy, compassion at all.

My last interaction with Nuna was and I quote:

“As explained, this part is hard to break. If you feel insecure about using the car seat, kindly return to the store and ask for a refund (it will be under their own discretion.)

At your disposal, “

That is not a company who cares about safety or their customers at all.

"Replacement part for high chair."
The Nuna team were very quick in replying to my problem and identifying the replacement part required.
They have also very generously offered this replacement free of charge.

We called customer service regarding getting a spare part for our highchair and they sorted it straight away and are sending out a replacement for us.
Great customer service! Worth the premium price for the service
